EPA is not available in most commonly consumed foods, nor is available in sufficient quantities in other supplements to help you. Instead, you need a supplement containing at least a 90% concentration of EPA. In other words, you need Pure EPA. Omega 3 supplements purchased over the counter generally contain 12-18% EPA and that is simply not enough to do your brain any good.
